Check applications and call individuals to set up interviews
Interview applicants and attempt to match them up with current job openings
Make sure all new hire paperwork is completed correctly, including I-9's, W-4's, etc.
Conduct instant drug screens
Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate person (s), assist applicants and employees as they call or come by the office
