Summary The Helpdesk Manager is an advanced technical leader responsible for managing the operation of the Helpdesk, including scheduling to efficiently meet staffing requirements based on incident volume, hiring, managing, coaching and evaluating personnel, and ensuring resolution of client service issues, and managing the processes and procedures related to the day to day Helpdesk operations.
