You will read a lot of ads on here all claiming a lot of the same things. They may even send you to a website where you don't need to have insurance or proper licensing to join. On websites like that anyone can sign up and pretend to have good ratings and be real movers.
You are a student, a nurse, an engineer, a teacher or a store manager, you have enough to do without worrying about what paperwork real movers should have.
How do you know who you can trust?
That will be the simplest part of your move, ask if they are members of the American Moving Labor Professionals Association.
-The AMLPA is a recognized non-profit organization
-The AMLPA sets standards for moving labor services, checks their backgrounds, insurance and other legal documents
-The AMLPA is real movers helping other real movers.
-If a company is an AMLPA member you can be assured that someone with industry knowledge has verified they can be trusted in your home and around your family.
Before you hire anyone ask them if they are an AMLPA member. Not everyone meets the AMLPA standards and we are proud to be Cincinnati's only AMLPA member at this time.
